The only small downside for me personally is that communication mainly happens via WhatsApp. The responses are fast and available almost 24/7, but I usually prefer speaking on the phone. That said, I understand that in today’s fast-paced environment, WhatsApp messaging is actually one of the most efficient ways to manage work for both sides.
